Directions

Directions: From Highway 401 westbound or eastbound. Take Highway 57/Waverley Rd. Exit and proceed north to the third set of stoplights. This is Highway Two (Also known as King St.) Turn right at this intersection.  Proceed east on King St (Highway Two) into downtown Bowmanville, turning right at the third set of stoplights at the corner of King and Temperance Streets.  (See map detail at right.)

Directions from Highway Two (King St.) Eastbound: The Clarington Place shopping mall and Clarington Place Cinemas are located on the western entrance to Bowmanville.  When You see the Zellers Store, Canadian Tire, McDonalds, Cinemas, etc. you are entering Bowmanville.  Remain on Highway Two (King St.), driving past the shopping mall and into historic downtown Bowmanville.  You will turn south (right) at the fourth intersection with stoplights (Temperance St.).  Map detail is shown above.

Directions from Highway Two (King St.) Westbound: The Bowmanville Zoo is one of the main landmarks on the east entrance to Bowmanville.  Proceed past the zoo, a distance of almost two kilometres.  You will turn south (left) at Temperance St.  Map detail is shown above.
